What happens after I place an order at SouthSmoke.com?
When your order for a hookah or other items is placed on SouthSmoke.com, you will see a "Thank You" page, which will contain an online order confirmation number. This is confirmation that your order has successfully been placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to SouthSmoke.com.
If placed between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM EST it will then be processed within an hour. If placed after 5:00 PM EST your order will be processed at 8:00 AM EST the following day. If placed after 5:00 PM EST on Friday, your order is not guaranteed to be shipped until Monday. Weekend orders, although processed, may be shipped on Monday. Please be advised that although we strive to fulfill your order within 24 hours, the typical fulfillment time with our company, as well as any other company is 1-2 Business Days.
